Located in the serene neighbourhood of Westfield in Edinburgh, Westfield Road boasts modern student accommodation comprising a variety of ensuite and studio rooms. Situated just a short 15-minute drive from the bustling city centre, this residence offers convenience amidst tranquillity.

Employed as the specialist provider for the new 396-bed student accommodation, WPS oversaw the installation of essential systems across a single seven-story block(ground floor to the sixth). Our scope of work encompassed the procurement, installation, and commissioning of an addressable fire alarm, emergency voice communication system, grade 2 intruder alarm, CCTV setup, and copper data infrastructure. This comprehensive suite of services ensures a safe, secure, and technologically equipped living environment for the students.
